Hush is a young, less than 2 years old female chinchilla who came to us when her owner could no longer keep her. She is a funny, friendly chinchilla. She likes to redecorate her enclosure and beg you for treats. She is used to getting free roam time, and will sometimes try to escape the enclosure when you open the door so that she can run and play. We are working on teaching her that she needs to wait for us to pick her up for free roam time, rather than just hopping out on her own. She is active and energetic. She can be adopted as a solo chinchilla or to bond with an existing female chinchilla in the home. Please keep in mind chinchilla bonding can take weeks to months, so you will need a separate, suitably sized enclosure for her during the bonding process. We are able to meet within 1 hour of Minneapolis for adoptions. Potentially further, please inquire to discuss!
